Privacy for the Nexus beta.

Data Nexus May Process

• GitHub account, organization, repository metadata, source file metadata, push events, and selected repository content.
• Documents, issues, plans, agent chat history, memory entries, and review records created inside Nexus.
• Optional integration data from Slack, Zoom, and calendar providers when a user connects those services.
• Basic operational logs needed to secure, debug, and improve the beta.

How We Use Data

We use beta data to provide Nexus features, retrieve relevant organizational context, generate plans, operate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service. We do not sell beta user data.

Storage And Access

Cloud deployments should use Cloud SQL Postgres for persistent storage. Access is limited to the Systemoria team members who need it to operate and support the beta. Organization data is designed to be separated by organization identifier.
